Professional Consulting

Move to a sever-free environment! Focus your company on the core mission – not on support of an IT infrastructure. Has your company committed to moving all business applications to hosted cloud service? The easy ones are e-mail, accounting, sales / CRM, phones. Is there still a server in the back room that will not go away?

Q: Why use a small firm like CTP for my major projects?
CTP’s technical staff know how spans 40 years of work, with projects ranging from small 4 person offices to major enterprise clients with over 30,000 employees. Often we are the “men behind the curain” subcontracting to larger consulting firms who do not have the expertise and experience to handle technologies CTP is well versed in.

Q: What is CTP’s project methodology.
CTP structures most projects within the framework of Assessment, Design, Testing, Pilot and Implmentation. With careful documentation, good communication, and as much interaction with you, the customer, as you desire.

Q: So many technologies listed – is there a business focus?
CTP consciously limits our business to Microsoft and supporting technologies. While our engineers are comfortable with Linux and other operating systems, our depth of knowledge is Microsoft based.

Q: What does “complex analysis” convey?
Networking, systems design such as Exchange, Active Directory, client computer management, availability requirements and security involve many technologies and disciplines. CTP tends to attract projects outside the normal, sometimes requiring complex data analysis, simulation, testing, out-of-the-box thinking to solve requirements in sometimes non-conventional ways. It does not hurt that one of the principals of the company has a strong research research background!

Make the Move

For a small business, moving to the cloud is a no-brainer. You get scale, power, redundancy, reliability, disaster recovery, accountability, professional management, maintenance, and security but, perhaps most importantly, you get freedom from managing business technology yourself — a perennial headache if there ever was one. Move IT Infrastructure to the Cloud?

Testimonial

“As the IT Director at Bridge Energy Group, I grew to rely on CTP for my Microsoft centric application projects.  From a messy exchange migration that was handled expertly which drastically improved both performance and reliability, to a complex sharepoint implementation, to a complete configuration of SCCM, I know I can always count on the expert staff at CTP to execute in a friendly, professional manner. Do it with CTP, and do it right the first time!”
